Complex 3D components milled on laser-calibrated 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers (DMG Mori, Mitsui Seiki, Matsuura) up to 41" diameter. Turbine shrouds, synch plates, bell cranks, and structural fittings in Inconel, titanium, and aluminum — held to .0002" hole size and .001" true position, with full CMM inspection. Prototype through production.
