Atlas Precision Manufacturing is a privately owned, AS9100 Rev. D and ISO 9001:2015-certified aerospace machine shop in South Windsor, CT, producing turbine-grade components from the most difficult-to-machine alloys — Inconel 718, Waspaloy, titanium, and cobalt. Running 30+ CNC machines (18 turning centers plus 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling) across a 20,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility, Atlas turns forgings, castings, and bar stock into discs, shrouds, cases, shafts, and seal plates held to tolerances as tight as .0002 inch. A SAM.gov-registered federal contractor centrally located in the Hartford County aerospace corridor, Atlas handles everything from prototypes to long production runs and manages outsourcing of special processes to deliver finished, inspection-ready parts. Industries served: aerospace and defense — turbine engine hardware (discs, shrouds, cases, seal plates) in turbine-grade nickel, titanium and cobalt alloys.
